One thing I have learned is the ability to separate who I am from what I do. This helps me in two ways: When I make mistakes (little to big), I realize that I am not the equivalent of my bad deeds. I am still me. On the flipside, neither am I the sum of my good deeds. Therefore whether I am an active do-gooder or taking time out to have a break, I am always still me. Worthy of love just because I was created in the image of a loving God, who wants to be with me.

Yes it’s difficult to live near a depressed person: my boyfriend knows a lot about it, as I had a big depression (but I think I was depressed since I was a kid)
Depression kills any passion or pleasure,u can’t enjoy anything anymore and u are so frightened and angry at the same time:sometimes u become agressive and u become capable to hurt with words also the closest ones. Then the guilty feeling starts and u would like to take everything back but it’s difficult to explain why u acted like that;depressed people hurt the people they care the most,I guess sometimes it’s a way to attack themselves like in front of a mirror…
